What is New Soul?

Think of New Soul as an online farmers market that delivers. You can combine items from a variety of producers into a single order and have everything delivered directly to your doorstep.

Where does New Soul deliver?

New Soul offers local delivery throughout much of New Orleans, Metairie, and Kenner. You can check whether your address is within our delivery area at checkout.

What days does New Soul Deliver?

We deliver on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, typically between 2:00 and 4:00 PM. Orders must be placed by 11:59 PM two calendar days before your scheduled delivery. For example, to receive an order on Wednesday, place it by 11:59 PM on Monday.

Does New Soul offer grass-fed beef and pasture-raised meat?

Yes! Our selection includes grass-fed and grass-finished beef, pasture-raised pork, chicken, and lamb sourced from independent farms and agricultural cooperatives across the region. From permaculture farms in Poplarville, Mississippi, to regenerative farming cooperatives in Arkansas, we work with producers committed to raising animals responsibly.

Are all products locally sourced?

While not everything we carry is technically local, we prioritize local sourcing above all else. When we can't source a product locally, we look to independent farms and brands that share our commitment to clean ingredients and sustainable practices. Transparency is important to us, and we want our customers to know where their food comes from and how it's produced.

How does New Soul keep refrigerated and frozen products cold during delivery?

All temperature-sensitive products are transported in insulated thermal bags with ice packs to help maintain their temperature during delivery. While these bags provide some protection after drop-off, we recommend bringing your order inside and refrigerating or freezing items as soon as possible, especially during warmer months. If you need a delivery earlier or later than our normal delivery window, please leave a note at checkout, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
