The Mauthe family has deep roots in the Ninth Ward of New Orleans, later relocating to McComb, Mississippi. Sourced from their grass-fed Jersey dairy cows, these milks are pasteurized but kept in a non-homogenized creamline state with a layer of rich cream on top. You can choose between either their white or chocolate flavor, or both if you want.
