The Mauthe family has deep roots in the Ninth Ward of New Orleans, where Kenny Mauthe’s grandfather first began milking cows before the farm eventually relocated. They run a traditional, small-scale family farm in McComb, Mississippi, minimizing industrial processing. Their sweet cream butter is incredibly clean, containing only one ingredient: pure, fresh pasteurized cream from their grass-fed Jersey dairy cows.
