The cattle spend the vast majority of their lives pasture-raised on grazing lands, feeding on a natural diet of hay, grass, and pasture forage under sustainable rangeland practices. Rather than being 100% grass-finished, they are later transitioned to a 100% vegetarian, non-GMO finishing ration (including grains like barley and corn) to ensure consistent marbling and quality year-round.
