Fullness Farm is a small family farm located in the heart of Baton Rouge, Louisiana (off Nicholson Drive), operated by local natives Grant and Allison Guidroz. Spanning about an acre and a half, the farm is dedicated to growing a wide variety of high-quality produce, herbs, and edible flowers for the local community using purely organic methods—completely free of synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides. They distribute their harvest directly to area residents through their local CSA membership program and every Saturday morning at the Red Stick Farmers Market.

Their fresh, organically grown arugula is known for its peppery flavor and crisp quality. Harvested locally at peak freshness, it delivers a vibrant, spicy bite and zip that makes it ideal for enhancing fresh salads, topping homemade pizzas, or garnishing savory farm-to-table dishes.
