The Roulaison Rum Bar by Piety and Desire Chocolate is an award-winning dark chocolate bar crafted in New Orleans. Made with 70% dark chocolate and Louisiana cane sugar, it features a unique collaboration with local neighbor Roulaison Distilling Co. The bar is created by upcycling Tanzanian cacao nibs that have been soaked and infused in rum for a cocoa rum liqueur, resulting in a rich, velvety chocolate bar with a beautifully balanced mouthfeel and distinct notes of rum, oak, dried fruit, and vanilla.
