robin's rockin' cajun pepper jelly / cherry bounce pepper jelly

A spicy hot combination of bing cherries, fresh lemon juice, fresh habanero and moonshine! This spicy hot pepper jelly was made to accompany a duck breast and other heavy meats. It adds depth to a boring bbq sauce, great with a brie, goats cheese, ice cream and cheesecake.
