robin's rockin' cajun pepper jelly / pineapple rum pepper jelly

A moderately spicy combination of crushed pineapples, fresh lemon juice, fresh habanero and 1827 Distillers in Vidalia, Louisiana Pineapple Infused Rum! This makes happy seafood, meat (loves wings) and pizza and it kicks up a boring salsa and pairs well with a nice sharp cheddar cheese (ditto the grill cheese sandwich).
