Seggiano Organic Toscani Pasta is a clean, ultra-minimal ingredient pasta made from just 100% certified organic Tuscan durum wheat semolina and spring water, completely free from additives or preservatives. The wheat is fully traceable to farms in Tuscany's Val d'Orcia. Crafted using traditional bronze moulds, the pasta features a rough, porous surface and is slowly dried at low temperatures to lock in natural grain flavor, nutrients, and an ideal al dente texture. Its unique ruffled spiral shape is specifically designed to scoop up and hold onto chunky meat ragùs, pestos, and rich vegetable sauces in every bite.
